Hello, my current sub-tenant lease rental of HDB whole 3-room approved in Blk 535 Upper floor will be expiring 31 May 2013. May i humbly enquire if it is quite easy to find a new sub-tenant in view of the existing employment & rental atmosphere? I learnt that JW 3 room rental rate range from $2000 - $2300 per month. I will pay the usual agent commission. Thank you! Best regards, May.

Morning,

With the current regulation, unless you are into leasing to Malaysian, the lease need to be renewed yearly. If you do not mind the hassle, I'm always willing to assist you in getting tenants for your unit.

Dear sir/madam,

Whatever the situation maybe, there will always be a demand for rental. The only difference will be how rentable is the unit with respect to the asking price. $2300 could be only a higher side but not impossible since the location is about 15minutes walk to Lakeside MRT.
