Hi Sir/Mdm,

May I know which floor is the unit on and how is the interior of the unit? You may need to pay a cash above valuation if you were to purchase it at $390,000.

If you are prepared to pay above the valuation, you may want to negotiate with the seller on a lower option fee so as to protect your own interest. If the Cash Above Valuation is too high, you can choose to forfeit the option fee.
