Hello,
If i found my own buyer, can i sell my HDB on my own and do all the documents myself without agent? Does HDB allowed?
And i will not pay any agent fees right?
Do i need find my own lawyer or there is no need and HDB will help to channel the sales proceed directly to me?

Evening,

You can definately sell or buy without the assistant of agents.
But do note that you have to bear the responsibility, if the documentation are done wrongly, resulting the buyer suffering unwanted loses.
As for the lawyer, it would depend on your current loan status.

    what is mesnt by current loan status? mine is local bank loan and still have some outstanding, but after sale will have some profits after less cpf and loan and interest etc...
