Hello Gurus,

I am on EP and my wife in SC. We wanted to buy house and wanted to check if the house loan can be taken from me(EP Holder) and the amount can be used for down payment.

Wanted to understand if I can still eligible for HDB loans for banks( Note this is not personnel Loan).
