Hi,

You must be 35 and above, unmarried single to qualify under single scheme. You can't reapply the grant if you give it a miss right from the start. In this case, why not apply for the grant initially?

Hi,

For such purchase you have to apply for your housing grant at the start because even after marrying your spouse, you will be still getting a half grant from the government. If you like to know more do give me a call @ 9091 3553  .

Good evening buyer,

So are you married or not?

You mentioned you are keen to purchase a resale flat under single singapore citizen scheme but you also mentioned you have a SPR spouse?

If you are eligible under Single scheme, you can obtain up to $15k singles grant if eligible. You wont be able to obtain additional housing grant if you get married in future.

You are eligible for one time HDB grant as long as you SC. You can opt to take the HDB grant or wait till the next HDB purchase with your wife to obtain the grant instead
