Hello all,I am selling my flat and it is due for a final appointment on 5th May. However, my agent said that I will only receive my COV on the fianl appointment. Please advise. If I do not,can I withdraw from the sales?

Afternoon Ryan,

You will not receive your COV on the completion. If it's a positive sales, you will receive your sales proceed from HDB on completion date. Your buyer have already paid the deposit, in terms of Option and Exercise Fee. Who will fully pay out the balance before getting the product?
