For own stay, is it advisable to buy a 12-15 years old leasehold condominium located at a good location (eg: with good school & amenities nearby)? Or should I consider freehold condominium instead, so as to keep the property value?

Hi Val,

It would depend on your preference.

If this is mainly for investment (rental), it would be good to get near MRTs.

If you are getting this for your own self, and do not mind the property being away from the MRT a freehold condo with pleasing landscaping would also suit you.

I can be contacted at 9386-0900 , why dont we have a short discussion and see if we can have a fruitful discussion?
