Hi PL,

I believed that you meant that you took up bank loan to finance a resale HDB flat you bought from open market. As your resale application was received before 5 March 2010, your unit will have been MOP provided you DIDNT TAKE up any CPF housing grant. If not, you will have to wait till end of 2014 to sell your flat.

Morning,

You have purchased a HDB unit with POSB bank loan and collected keys on 21 May 2010? If that's the case, your MOP is 3 years. Thus you should be able to start selling your unit from 20 May 2013, technically.
