What you are looking at is in terms of the quantum price I assume. Yes, at below $700k, it is really affordable in terms of pricing, considering that it is quite near to the MRT at Kembangan.
Nevertheless, if we look into the price per square foot, many investors will also indicate that it is on the high side, because for units in D15, where most assume that it is a more prestigious district, there are units available at lower price per square foot.
Where do we make the judgement then? The critical aspects I believe lies with the intangible values of the property to each individual purchaser. Let's discuss more in details as Lor Melayu is 1 of the sector I am very active in.
