Hi!

Do you mean HDB resale flat? If yes, you may buy a HDB resale flat with you and your son "If you have a child from the marriage and the child is a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident, you can buy a flat under the Public Scheme."

Hi,

1) Whether you like it or not, you have to include your spouse in your application with your spouse since you're married.
2) Yes, you are able to buy with your spouse and son inclusive. The only difference is which scheme you are eligible for, the non-citizen spouse scheme or the public scheme.
3) In your case, whichever scheme you are eligible under will not change the grant provided. It will be half family grant or the same amount as the single citizen grant.
4) In your resale application, you will then have to declare your spouse (occupier) whether own any property local or overseas.
5) Noted once declare owning overseas property, your spouse will have to dispose of the said property within 6 months upon key collection.

Hi Mdm,

Yes, you can purchase a HDB resale flat with your 35yo Son under the Public Scheme. CPF can be used for the purchase.

Do take note that your Husband will be needed to be included as an essential occupier for the flat. This means that he will be required to dispose all interest in private property (local and overseas) latest within 6 months upon the HDB flat purchase.
