Yes, it is possible for your children to purchase HDB resale flat under Non-Citizen Family Scheme if they are above 21 years old. Do take note that you will need to have a valid Long Term Visit Pass of at least 6 months upon resale application.

Hi,

1) Your sons and daughter can buy with you under the Non-Citizen Family scheme.
2) The condition is at least one of them is at or above 21 years old.
3) The next of course is the finance portion.
4) They won't be eligible for any grants unless they are at or 35 years old.
5) You can only be an occupier even if you are the one paying for the purchase using cash.
6) The loan will be assessed according to the owners' income. So your income won't be in the calculation.
