Dear Gurus, which is a better buy? A 3 bedroom unit at The Infiniti Condo or a 5room HDB located on top of the clementi mall, point block? Looking at flr area of abt 110sqm and a budget of 900k to 1.2m. please advise. tks.

Of course, condo will give you higher and better appreciation value.
How much do you think your hdb can appreciate 5 yeara later compare to a condo 5 years later?

    but the HDB is directly above the mall, MRT and bus interchange and is located right smack in the town centre. Isn't that a better buy and yields better rental income compare to The Infiniti which is along the AYE expressway.

Hi, a HDB flat is no longer deem as an investment anymore as compared to the past. If you are thinking of investing in a property as well as to stay for the time being, you may consider a resale EC or private condo. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.

Hi there!

Times have changed and now, HDB isn't considered an investment like in the past. For those with the budget, it always is advisable to purchase a condo/EC over a HDB due to the greater appreciation value not just in the short term but long term as well.
