Dear Gurus, I would like to find out what options are available for my current situation. I am a single Malaysian PR with a monthly gross pay of $3550. May I know if there is any property in Singapore that I can afford to buy?

Hi st_icebreaker, besides your monthly gross pay, u have to consider how much CPF you have in your Ordinary Account and how much are u comfortable to come out with the down payment and monthly instalment.

Give me a call at 8333-3327 and we can have a discussion to find out whether you can purchase any property.

FYI, single PR is not eligible to purchase a HDB flat from the resale market.
