Commission is based on the transacted price, and as you mentioned is payable by seller and will be shared between both buyer & seller agent. Tenanted unit doesn't really change anything. Thanks and may I assist with your purchase further?

Hi, nope you don't need to. For purchasing of private property with tenancy attached to it, the process is still the same. And you do not need to pay any commission to your servicing agent. Hope I could assist you further. Have a good weekend.

Tenancy does not change this standard practice.
Agent fees is not paid by buyers for private property.
