Dear Gurus,

I am interested in purchasing the One Canberra EC which will be launch soon. The thing is, I am a current owner of an HDB flat and have occupied the house for more than 5 years.

I prefer to rent out the current HDB flat instead rather than sell it.

Am i eligible to purchase the EC? Thanks.

Hi,

If you have the intention to keep your current HDB, then buying a new EC probably is not a good option for you.
You may wanna keep your option open to pte condo then.
