Hi Sir,
Yes, it is possible to sell the land to a developer. Last year while I was marketing a link bungalow house at Bukit Timah area, the old house was bought by developer. The small developer in turn rebuild to a new house and sold it.
Let me know if I can link you up with small developer. Just drop me an email or a call to discuss further. For land sales, no need to put on social media, we use our own contact to the developer to sell the land.
