Dear Guru.
Need yr opinion. Get to know fm my friend who bought a flat a year ago. Their agent helped them by writing an appeal letter to HDB for housing loan which supposed to be a bank loan as her husband's is a 3rd time. Can I get my agent to do the same? My agent(ERA) fully aware of my situaton but told me that I hv to be the one who write. Is this the duty of the agent (which I think yes) cos we are paying for the service.
