Price range of past transactions indicated a selling price of $420k to $490k for the past 6 months along Hougang Ave 4. As a seller, it is not required for you to do a valuation of your house before sale. A valuation report is required by a buyer if he/she requires to obtain a housing loan, therefore costs should be borne by the buyer if they need a loan.
