Dear all,

I am renting a room with my financee in jalan membina until next year may 2009.however we are getting married soon and are looking for resale flat in this district.my mum stays in indus road,so do I have any grant from HDB for buying a property near her?

how much cash do I need to prepare for resale flat?

I am a singaporean and my financee is 2nd yr PR.

pls advise.
