Hi,

For foreigners, max financing will be 80% but it depends on the applicant profile as well. The downpayment + stamp duties will be approx 38% of purchase price, and for foreigners it will all be in cash. Is that something you are planning with? Evening,

You can get max of 80% loan. The down payment of 20% have to be made by cash since you do not have CPF. Other expenses are ABSD of 15% and standard stamp duty of 3%.

Good morning buyer,

As a foreigner purchaser you must get ready at least 38% of the purchase price in cash (as you dont have CPF OA funds).

1) 20% downpayment
2) estimated 3% buyer's stamp duty
3) 15% additional buyer's stamp duty as foreigner etc.

As for bank loan, it will be best for my banker to advise you how much loan can you obtain then we can work things out from there.
