Good afternoon, If you compare the pricing between The Santorini and Qbay, THe Santorini is priced much reasonable. Indicative pricing for The Santorini is out as well. If you are keen in this project, I will be gladly to email you these information which is passed down from my ERA buddy and the show flat will be up this sat. I will be glad to fix an appointment for you to view. I haven't heard of any more projects launching in that area yet but those empty plot of land beside The Santorini are under URA reserve list. If you are looking at investing in The Santorini, you must take note that it will be the 5th condo in that area so getting tenants will be competitive. But it will be the newest condo in that area when it TOP. Normally tenants prefer new condos and it will be very accessible for them as the MRT will be up soon. While if you are looking for own stay, it will definitely be good as new MRT will be up once the project TOP and it is in a much quieter environment in the highly congested Tampines. Good morning! Current indicative pricing are 1 bedder $540k, 2 bedders $780k while 3 bedders $950k. Normally nowadays, developer will only announce the pricing on the booking date which is this sat (29 March) if not will be 1 to 2 days before that. I will recommend you to view the show flat first to have a better idea of the project and apply for in principle approval and settle your financial plan before booking date.
