When buying a private property, you will be subjected to the Loan-To-Value (LTV) limits, Total Debt Service Ratio (TDSR), Valuation Limit and Withdrawal Limit.
Ideally, the portion of your gross monthly income that goes towards repaying your monthly debt obligations, including the loan being applied for your property should be less or equal to 60%. To calculate your TDSR, you should use the following formula:
