Hi Sir,
Under the current rules and regulations, HDB will not allow you to make a change to become an occupier for a married couple. Only in divorce cases then HDB will allow one party to exit the flat as owner.
You will also not be allowed to purchase another HDB flat because you will need to form a family nucleus with your wife in order to purchase a HDB flat.
