Hi,

Your sales proceeds will go toward paying your outstanding loan and also to put back your CPF utilized and accrued interest, pay your outstanding upgrading fees if any and commission. The balance amount (your cash proceeds) if any, can be used to pay for the next flat purchase. Whether you need to top up any amount for monthly installment by cash depends on the type of loan you and also the amount of loan you get. There are a lot of assumptions we have to do here. May I speak to you to understand your requirements further?

Hi Joel,

You will require detailed financial planning for this upgrade. Judging from the outlook of your outstanding loan and your estimated selling price, your cash proceeds after deducting away the CPF utilised with accrued interest and any other miscellaneous fees does not look very healthy, therefore it would be good to find out an estimated figure of what you can loan either through HDB or banks. Take note that should you decide to make use of HDB loan, you will be required to set aside part of your cash proceeds for the next unit purchased. It will be great to sit down together to work out the plans.
