Firstly, you need to be clear with your question. Any experience agent can only give you the correct answers if your question is understood correctly.

I would like to know whether your meant you are eligible for a HDB concessionary loan OR a Bank HDB loan. This is totally different.

If you meant you are eligible for a HDB concessionary loan, there will not be any bridging loan available. Bridging loan is only given by Banks, not HDB. And HDB contra cannot be done if either party is using a bank loan.

If you meant Bank HDB loans, you can apply for a bridging loan to assist you. However you need to time both the selling and buying of HDB's to meet nicely so that both OTP (Option-to-purchase) can be submitted to the banker to process the loan. Most Banks need both OTP to process a bridging loan. You may call me up should you have any further inquires.
