Hi,

As both of you are legally married, HDB recognizes both of you as one married entity couple, and hence will require both names to be eligible to purchase the resale HDB. This means he will have to sell away the condo within 6 months after HDB resale completion.

Yes, it is possible, if either of you is a Singapore Citizen, or both of you are SPRs for more than 3 years.

Do take note that your Husband will have to dispose off his interest in the condo latest within 6 months upon your HDB flat purchase.

2) From the eye of the HDB, a married couple is a single entity and cannot be separated.
3) Your husband will have to dispose of his property within 6 months upon key collection of your purchase.

Hi,

1) As of your current condition, you are only eligible to buy a resale HDB. Since you are married, you will have to include your husband's name whether he is going to be an owner or an occupier.
2) From the eye of the HDB, a married couple is a single entity and cannot be separated.
3) Your husband will have to dispose of his property within 6 months upon key collection of your purchase.
4) In order to qualify for BTO/SBF, you will have to wait for 30 months after your husband sold his condo.
