Can i borrow HDB loan and plus bank loan to finance my resale flat bought with a single scheme grant ? me and partner are planning divorce and the flat is a big issue because it is still under MOP. I planned to buy my partner share in this flat, and wait 5 years before selling to open market. Will my plan work ?

Hi, nope you can’t borrow HDB loan and bank loan at the same time.
