Both my wife and myself own HDB flats while we are single. My HDB flat is fully paid up and occupied for more than 18 years (first time owner never took any CPF grants).
Q1. Can I rent out my whole 5 room HDB flat?
Q2. Can I then invest and stay in private condo with my wife? I have enough cash/CPF to meet private property mortgages without involving my wife as she is still currently servicing her own HDB loan where my in-laws are still ocuppying. Both my parents have passed on and I am the youngest child. Thanks!...HN
