He says his relatives are going to stay. But It seems to be false. Is there any way to renew the tenancy?.

It will depend on what the renewal clause states. You may exercise your rights in the tenancy agreement if you are firm that you have every right to renew, but the rental price could be something for argument if it is indicated that the renewed rent should be based on market rate and this can differ in opinion. Whatever it is if a landlord is unwilling to renew the lease and you enforce it, the relationship will go sour and the overall good vibes of the apartment can also be affected. The probable practical way is to find alternative accommodation. Read More
