As I am keen in getting a landed property in Upper changi road. Is there a way for me to check if the landed property is freehold or leasehold by myself?
Before I track further into the exact unit I am keen to purchase.
Am also wandering is landed property prices moving downward like condo..etc

Afternoon Melvyn,

As long as your are willing to pay for it, almost everything can be done. You can get your required data from INLIS.gov.sg

For prices of landed property, it can only get better due to the lack of land.

Hi Melvyn,

As a buyer of private property, likelihood is that you do not need to pay commission to agent, therefore task an agent to assist you for this purchase with your requirements.

My team has just transacted a unit in Upper Changi Road and have several units in the vicinity on sale too. Let me know how I may assist you further.
