An agent who was now suspended from his agency from misconduct. He collected my commission but he did not remit the commission to his estate agency. Can I sue this agent to recover back the commission I paid as his agency said my invoice still remains outstanding cause I had paid the salesman and not the agency (the contract party). Please advise.
