may I know are all the above to be paid in cash or can use CPF?

Can anyone recommend an agent that is reliable, good sales record, friendly, able to sell off condo within a short period of time?

The above are usually deducted from the sales proceeds. You will be required to top up in cash if the sales proceeds are insufficient to cover all the above. Despite the weaker sentiments, units that are reasonably priced are still being transacted. And all these fees which you mentioned are deducted from the sales proceed which for the final net profit, the legal firm will either be handing the cheque to you or drop it into quick cheque deposit. As seller, most of the expenses are payable by cash which are usually deducted from your proceed on the sales. However, with this current market, it would be tough to promise that sales of your unit can be done within short period of time.
