Budget 2023 Singapore: Increased BSD Rates, More CPF Housing Grants, and More

In the Budget 2023 statement on 14 February 2023, Finance Minister Lawrence Wong announced increased Buyer's Stamp Duty (BSD) rates, up to 6% and 5% for residential and non-residential properties, respectively, among other announcements such as increased CPF housing grant amounts for first-timer families and singles buying HDB resale flats.
