We are looking for either a couple and 2 female tenants.

No eating of pork and beef at the house.
No smoking or drinking.
No visitors
No using of stove, Can use induction cooker to do cooking at the kitchen(use own cooking items)
Laundry twice a week(can use the laundry rack outside to dry)

There's aircon,ceiling fan, bed and wardrobe in bath rooms
Can use WiFi
Tengah bus interchange and plantation plaza abt 10min walk.

$700 for 1 pax, $1200 for 2 pax
