The Cross Island Line (CRL), scheduled for completion in early 2030, will further improve the public transport network in the area so residents can reach the eastern and western parts of Singapore, such as the Jurong Lake District (JLD) and Changi, in one train ride. The NSC, Singapore’s longest transit corridor, will connect the North to the City and help ease the congestion on the CTE and arterial roads such as Thomson and Marymount Road. TID Residential Pte Ltd won the tender for the Lentoria site with its winning bid of $276.36 million, which translates to $1,130 per sq ft per plot ratio (PSF ppr). As one of the six new launches in the Lentor area, Lentoria’s competitive edge over other developments is its strategic 1km radius of CHIJ St. Nicholas Girls School. The development is also the smallest new launch, with the fewest units in the area.
