This could potentially be attributed to the generous host of facilities in the area, the development's proximity to Lentor MRT station, and its 1km radius to choice schools such as CHIJ St Nicholas Girls' School. While Lentor Mansion occupies the largest land area, it does not have the most number of residential units.
