When this owner was choosing a unit off the plan for this development even before the launch, this was his #1 choice unit because it was clearly the best 3bdrm stack in the development, with a choice view of the pool and ample distance from the opposite units.

We expected this unit to be highly contested, and it was! But this owner was blessed to get this unit at the launch.

When we got the keys to the unit, he went to the balcony, turned around to me and nodded his head with satisfaction: This is truly the best unit, he said.

Right after we have gotten all the curtains and lights up, I got ready for the rental viewings. Sorry, I mean viewing.

I closed the rental with the very first tenant who came to view the unit and made his offer on the spot without bargaining. And guess what, that wonderful tenant has been staying there until today.
