Hi I notice there are 4 projects around the Bartley area namely Bartley residences, The Quinn, Bartley Ridge and Botanique@ Bartley. I am thinking of buying unit @ Botanique but wouldn't these 4 projects compete for tenants? I also looked at Northpark residence since it's priced almost similar to Botanique, but the downside is it's far from the CBD. But it's the only integrated development in the north with many amenities nearby.
