After the Ripple bay launch are any owner looking to let go at reasonable psf for 2 bedder? or still holding tight to see pricing slide down more? Am looking for reasonable sale for own stay. Can pay 900 psf for mid-high pool view.

Interested in a ground level unit, with 3 or 3+1 or 4 bedrooms with PES. What is the valuation of such units like that is on sale. I saw rediculous askin prices of some of such units where their psf are based on mid to high floor units. Usually PES units should have lower overall psf due to the less useful PES area.
