"311 UPPER THOMSON - A two bedroom, two bathroom, freehold unit.
I am an experienced residential property owner, for the last 20 years at any given time I have invested my earnings in 3-4 properties. I love the experience of creating beautiful homes.
I chose this apartment for various reasons, including:
1. It's an awesome location with proximity to an amazing well connected Road - Thomson Road,
the closeness of Thomson Plaza, the accessibility to Green Areas so we don't feel we are in a
concrete jungle.
2. I am a big believer in Freehold Properties. It's a huge plus and will always be that way.
3. The Condo is private, has a spa-like feeling, it is an intimate setting.
4. The access to Upper Thomson MRT is going to be a life saver for everyday living as I have
realized considering being nearby for the last 10 years.
5. Having maintained the Condo since TOP the other key elements of our home are: the location
within the development is BEST. It's away from the traffic and private so you can keep the
balcony open and sit outside.
6. The parking situation is so easy with plenty of parking and no hassle whether you own 1, 2 or
a number of cars.
7. Having the full two bathrooms is a well appointed setup as it makes the unit more livable with
family, easily rentable and just an absolute necessity.
8. There are no similar units in D20 with Freehold, MRT access and have a landed home zen
like feeling that I know of.
These are kinds of considerations that I had in mind when I purchased at a premium as I knew that these are highly valuable qualities, time unbound.
A good property must be marketable for sale or rent at any time. And this apartment scores 10 out of 10 on that front. There are limited units with this configuration in the development and none for sale."
