One of my expat friend was telling me that a Property Agent told her that you can’t negotiate price lower than a certain floor. Is this true? Is there a minimum rental payable (floor) if the property is rented by a foreigner (expatriate)?
Hi, That statement is not true at all. It always voice down to willing tenant and willing landlord. I have rented out high floor units before and the rental is so much cheaper than the lower floor cos I fought hard and negotiated for my tenant. Regards Aaron 9730 8455 aaronchong2774@yahoo.com.sg
