Benedict was a graduate in Bachelor of Science (Project and Facilities Management) from NUS School of Design and Environment. He went on to take a concurrent degree programme and further his studies to attain a Master's Degree in Project Management (Specialisation in Project Finance). Due to his academic excellence, he was also placed in the Dean's List for several semesters during his studies, which was awarded to the top 5% of the cohort. Benedict was also recipient holder of BCA-Industry Built Environment Undergraduate Scholarship where he further contributed to the built environment industry for several years upon graduation.

In order to bring about a more positive impact to the built environment, Benedict decided to join local developer, OUE Limited, where he had picked up vast experiences during his work in the Residential and Commercial Leasing Department. He represented OUE Limited in its flagship residential development, OUE Twinpeaks, before moving on to the Commercial Leasing Department to handle OUE Bayfront and OUE Downtown, the two grade A commercial buildings within the Central Business District of Singapore.

With his residential, leasing and operation experiences, he decided to venture into real estate whole-heartedly as a Real Estate Consultant to further bring value to all his clients to achieve their next dream home, property investment opportunities, and achieving healthy and consistent profits from their property sales and purchase transaction.
