Jimmy used to be a successful banker drawing a handsome 5-digit salary every month. However, in 2017 he made the decision to switch careers and become a Real Estate agent after he developed an interest for the industry.

Although his friends and family called him crazy at first, he never regretted it as seeing the smiles he brought upon his clients’ faces confirmed that he had made the right decision. To him, knowing he was the reason for their happiness sparks a great joy nothing else could compare to.

Thoughtful, considerate and empathetic are how Jimmy’s customers and associates would describe him. It is in his nature to be generous, and he prioritises adopting a mentality of sharing. Hence, you can trust him to go the extra mile and equip clients with knowledge necessary for them to make the best informed decisions.

On top of this, every proposal he produces is carefully crafted with his clients’ specific needs and preferences in mind. This heartfelt effort reflects his desire to dish out the best service and ideas that would work in line with their interests.

Once, Jimmy was tasked with the challenge of handling a tricky break lease case where the two parties could not see eye to eye. Representing the landlord, he managed to mitigate risk for his client, and landed a win-win situation where everyone was agreeable. Without his expertise and dedication, this could not have been an imaginable outcome!
