Jay Peck started out in the service industry serving clients of various profiles; from the mass market to the business segment. At the beginning, Jay Peck focused on HDB transactions to master the numerous policies and legislations that were set by the government. This made Jay Peck a very careful person as there were many guidelines set by HDB to follow.
The many resale transactions gave Jay Peck the experiences to understand the many viewpoints of sellers and buyers.
