Gabriel went on to purchase a 2 bedder at Jadescape (during launch day in 2018), but lady luck was not favourable and the shortlisted unit was taken before his ballot number was called. Present-day indicative valuation put the profits north of $100,000. Gabriel’s confidence in his ability to spot projects with good growth potential strengthened, and that led him to his most recent investment opportunity; Penrose. Having blessed with a good ballot number, Gabriel was swift and decisive in selecting a 2 bedder on balloting day, cementing his skill in spotting good projects with excellent profit as Penrose sold 70% of total units on launch day. Shortly after, SRX-values the unit at a paper gain of $175,000.
