In 2009, Florence Zheng Zhen started the real estate career with passion, gave up her previous career which awarded her Singapore national silver service award. Within the first year in real estate, she made about 80 transactions, and win the ERA top rookie (transaction). After years of hard work, Florence is constantly closing more than one hundred deals annually and become one of the familiar face in the ERA Top 50 list (among 6000).
