About Eva
Prior to my agency work, I had over 10 years of corporate experience in the Hospitality industry, as a sales manager with Far East Hospitality and I was also the Head of Business with a tech startup dealing directly with SG hotel/hostel property owners. My expertise in Hospitality ranges from sourcing the right property for your investment/business, URA change of use conversions and providing advice for licensing matters.
My credentials in hospitality assets include the sale of hotels in D14, successful URA change of use from Commercial to Hotel in D14, successful URA change of use from Shop to premium Capsule Hotel in D1, business takeovers and multiple leases of hotels and backpacker hostels in Singapore.
Outside of work, I like to spend quality time with my son during the weekends doing random stuff :)
