About Carol

Fresh grad Carol Neo didn't find the real estate industry. Instead, she was recruited by the agent who handled the rental space for the maid agency business she had co-founded. This agent later became her mentor and gateway to the real estate industry. ERA was, and is, Carol's first company upon joining in 2011. Starting off with only $3000 to her name, Carol went through a rough start in the first three years of her career.

Cooling measures were kicking in one after the other. Fortunately, in each of these obstacles, Carol saw opportunity - not only for herself but even for her clients. The real estate professional enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience with her clients and relishes the satisfaction of helping them get the best out of each deal. Today, she is glad to have a constant monthly income generated from returning clients and their referrals, a feat she believes was made possible for her motto to Sell Homes Not House.
