Carmen has been a registered property consultant for more than 12 years. Her expertise in the commercial industry and residential premises focuses mainly in Tanjong Pagar, Orchard, Novena, Bukit Timah and other ad-hoc Luxurious Districts.

She has the knowledge to handle mostly commercial shophouses and residential properties. It has been a humbling experience for her to meet effluent businessman who have been generous to pass on more of their property portfolios to her.
