Bad Layout !

The bedroom are extremely small and unable to have a queen size bed in the master room. Too much wasted space spent on the bay window, planter and balcony. In other word, you're paying for a space that you don't use often.
Interior is average. Good view.
Not suitable for a couple as the master bedroom is too small for a 2 persons. I recommend this building for:

Wasted Space

Rather disappointed with the layout of this project. All the common bedrooms are so small and restricted, no queen size bed can be placed in.
The living area is small and crampy, most of the space is used by the balcony, planter at both living and bedroom. The furnishing is average..do not have the "wow" factor.
Only the 1 bedroom layout (495/484 sq ft) is more practical and functional (only one balcony at the living room). The view is spectacular for those units above 10. I recommend this building for: City Living, Peace & Quiet and Western Expats.

Wow...

Bought a unit from developer for my retirement due to proximity to healthcare and good food places around. Location can't be more ideal with the proximity to plenty of amenities yet away from the buzz and crowd from the nearby malls. Won't sell it even for a handsome profit.
I recommend this building for:
City Living and
Peace & Quiet.

Good Investment

Freehold. walking distance to Novena MRT/ Velocity through National Neuroscience Institute. Good rental potential. Units like the 495 and 484 sqf hav good layouts that are functional and minimum wastage of built in space. easy access to PIE and CTE if you are driving.
